1st post ever!!

so here goes my attempt to maintain a blog......on a somewhat daily basis.
ignoranceisbliss is blog that tries to look at things from different angles.

Lately I have found that the mainstream media is twisting news to suit their own agendas, or leaving important stories out of the public eye altogether. We get a generic, one size fits all explanation of current events, and in some cases (as in many areas of the USA) just bringing light to the other side labels you a terrorist....unpatriotic....or a traitor. Well this is not true......how can anyone fully understand a situation unless they have examined it from every angle.

You will see things in this blog that you do not agree with, that you think are wrong (or perhaps you will agree).....but the purpose is not to pick sides, or even change ones views, but to find a level of understanding. A middle ground shall we say.
